I’m Melanie Hartounian, COO of NutriVida and a dedicated VE student. I joined VE in August 2025 to gain real leadership and business experience. I manage daily operations, support all departments, and keep projects on schedule. I’m proud of helping create our branding competition materials and contributing to our business plan, which taught me how to build a strong brand and lead a team. VE has strengthened my communication, confidence, and teamwork skills.

I’m Anush Davtian, the VP of Sales at NutriVida and an 11th-grade VE student. I create sales plans, support pitches, and help my team communicate our product clearly. I’m proud of helping build our main sales presentation, which boosted my confidence and teamwork. VE feels like a real company and has strengthened my communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

William Sarkisov
Bank Manager
I’m William Sarkisov, the Bank Manager at NutriVida and a 2025 junior in VE. I joined VE to complete my CTE pathway and learn how real companies operate and collaborate. As Bank Manager, I oversee company payments, keep our finances organized, and support the CFO with any tasks needed. I’ve enjoyed the responsibility and the impact of my role. Outside of VE, I run a small mobile detailing business and work on car projects with a friend.

Emily Arakelyan
CFO
I’m Emily Arakelyyan, the CFO of NutriVida and a senior in VE. I joined VE to gain real-world business experience and strengthen my leadership and financial skills. As CFO, I manage our budgeting, financial reports, and overall fiscal strategy, and I’ve enjoyed leading our annual budget plan and improving our financial tracking. These projects have helped me build confidence and understand how a real business works. Outside of VE, I enjoy spending time with friends.

Aspram Khachatryan
VP of Sales
I’m Aspram, the VP of Human Resources at NutriVida and a 12th-grade VE student. I manage HR tasks like personnel files, hiring records, payroll, and policies, and I’m proud of creating our employee handbook and other HR materials. VE has felt like a real workplace and has strengthened my professionalism, communication, and time-management skills. Outside of VE, I enjoy psychology, cooking, and baking.
Alen Adzhemyan
Marketing Manager
I’m Alen A., the Marketing Manager of NutriVida and a 12th-grade VE student. I help create marketing strategies, analyze our target audience, and bring in ideas from my own business experience. VE has taught me how a real company operates and strengthened my communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.



Alen Vardanyan
Account Manager
I’m Alen Vardanyan, an Account Manager at NutriVida and a 12th-grade VE student. I joined VE to gain real business experience and workplace skills. I handle payroll, pay employees, and manage the money going in and out of the company. I’ve especially enjoyed improving our financial tracking system to help the team stay organized. Outside of VE, I enjoy spending time with friends.

Andrew Golbasarians
VP of Marketing and Tech & Design Lead
I am Andrew Golbasarians, VP of Marketing and Tech & Design Lead at NutriVida. I joined VE to get real experience in business and branding. I handle our marketing direction, design visuals, and create promotional and trade show materials, including the Winter Glow branding. VE has strengthened my communication, creativity, and leadership, and taught me how a real company operates. Outside of VE, I enjoy snowboarding, working on cars, and creative projects.

IT Associate
I’m Nareh Khachatryan, the IT Associate for Tech and Design at NutriVida. I joined VE to gain real business experience and use my creativity to support our company. I create digital designs like product images, social media posts, and trade show materials, and I help with tech needs. I’m proud of designing our product visuals and contributing to the Winter Glow theme. VE has strengthened my design skills, communication, teamwork, and overall understanding of how a real company operates.

Grikor Arutyunyan

I am Grigor Arutyunyan, CEO of NutriVida and a 12th-grade VE student. I joined VE in 2024 to gain real experience running a business, especially since I hope to own an automotive company one day. My passion for cars and my interest in mental health shape how I lead, focusing on communication, support, and staying organized. Outside of VE, I spend my time learning about the automotive world and building my skills as a future entrepreneur.
Levon Stepanian
Human Resources Manager
I am Levon Stepanyan, the Human Resources Manager at NutriVida and a 12th grade VE student. I joined VE in 2025 to build my business and leadership skills. I manage contracts, attendance, worker warnings, and help maintain a professional workplace. VE has strengthened my communication, organization, and accountability, and I’m proud of how our team has grown. Outside of class, I enjoy driving, coding and web design, soccer, and exploring new tech. I hope to pursue a career that blends business, technology, and creativity.
Amber Romano
CEO

I am Amber Romano, the CEO of NutriVida and an 11th grader who loves leadership and personal growth. I joined my school’s business class to build real skills and explore future career paths, and it has inspired me to help create a business focused on healthy, chemical-free living. I am also a member of the varsity dance team, which has taught me discipline, teamwork, and confidence. As CEO, I bring those qualities to NutriVida and am committed to helping our company grow and make a positive impact through dedication and creativity.
